概要

日本の伝統菓子・和菓子（練り切り）づくりにチャレンジします。 今回は、波をイメージした木型を使って練り切りを成形しました。 試作のため着色は行わず、白い生地のままで仕上げています。 I’m challenging myself to make traditional Japanese confectionery, nerikiri wagashi. For this piece, I used a wooden mold designed with a wave motif to shape the nerikiri.
